Rules & Regulations

  • Vaccinations: Verification that vaccinations are complete and up-to-date is required to be shown updated during or before check in.
  • Pet Fee: A pet fee of Rs.500 will be applied to the guest on arrival on a per day basis in cash.
  • Security Deposit: During check in at Hotel one Security deposit charges will be applied to the guest of Rs.1500/- which is completely refundable at the time of check-out.
  • Permitted Areas: Pet-Friendly Areas - Pets are allowed only in the following areas: Guest Room, Reception & Outside.
  • Cleaning Responsibility: Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or will be charged a fine of Rs.200/- against cleaning services.
  • Room Inspections: The guest Room is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout so allow us to check the room thoroughly.
  • Room Service Restrictions: Room service will not be allowed for any kind of food order during the stay considering the food hygiene, food contamination & food safety.
  • Disruptions: Noise/Disruptive Complaints: If hotel management receives more than 3 (three) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for a pet by the Guest.
  • Pest Control: If room fumigation is required due to pest infestation an additional fee over and above the cleaning fee will be applied.
  • Liability for Damages: Guests are responsible for all property damage (including and not limited to accommodation rooms) and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet, The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate to the cost of any damages.
