Please read these terms carefully before booking your stay with us.

General & Payment Rules

  • Cash Payments: Any cash payment above INR 25,000 requires a PAN card (For Indian nationals only).
  • Right of Admission: Hotel Sagar Palace reserves the right of admission. We reserve the right to change any rules or regulations at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

  • Prior to 7 days: No amount will be charged.
  • Prior to 3 days: 30% of the package rate will be charged.
  • Prior to 1 day: 50% of the package rate will be charged.

Amendment Policy

Amendments will be subject to the availability of rooms on that particular day.

Festival Period Policy

NO CANCELLATION & NO AMENDMENT is allowed during the following festival periods:
  • New Year
  • Holi
  • Car Festival
  • Bahuda Yatra
  • Durga Puja
  • Diwali
  • Christmas

Identification Requirements

As per Government notification, every guest is required to carry proof of identity and present it at the time of check-in.

For Indian Residents:
  • Passport
  • Driving License
  • AADHAAR Card
  • Voter's Card
  • Ration Card

Note: PAN Card is NOT accepted as valid identification proof.

For Foreign Nationals:
  • Original Passport
  • Valid Visa

Documents must be presented upon arrival at the hotel.

Refusal of Check-in: The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if no valid identification proof is provided.
