Check-in Policies

  • Standard Check-in Time: 10:00 AM
  • Early check-in is subject to availability and chargeable basis.
  • Mandatory ID: Government-issued ID (DL / Passport / AADHAAR / Voter Card) is required for all guests upon arrival.

Check-out Policies

  • Standard Check-out Time: 8:00 AM
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and chargeable basis.
  • Please handover the room key at the reception desk during check-out.
  • All bills and dues must be settled before leaving the hotel.

Child & Extra Person Policy

Age Group Charge
Children below 6 years Complimentary (Free)
Children 6-10 years ₹700 + GST
Children above 10 years / Adults ₹1000 + GST (Considered as Adult)

Note: Children must be accompanied by their parents at all times while staying in the room.

Extra Person/Bed Policy:
An extra person charge of ₹1000 + GST will be applied for an extra bed.
If an extra bed is required for children below 10 years, ₹1000 + GST will be charged.

Pet Policy

  • Pet Fee: ₹700 + taxes per pet, per night.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of ₹2000/- is collected at check-in and returned at check-out (subject to room inspection).
  • Allowed Areas: Guest Room, Main Lobby, Outside Grounds.
  • Restricted Areas: Pets are not allowed in F&B areas (Restaurant/Dining).
  • Cleaning Responsibility: Guests must clean up after their pets. Waste must be disposed of in outside dumpsters.
  • Penalty: A fine of ₹300/- will be charged for cleaning services if waste is not properly disposed of.
